Board again
I was not satisfied with the results so I started experimenting again. Finally settled with pad size 70 mil and general wire width 50 mil which goes down to 24 mil if necessary.
Printed and etched a new board. Started drilling. 0.5 mm drill size is far too small, practically nothing fits through it. 1mm seems too large, so 0.8 mm works best. Of course that's the size for which I only had 1 drill bit, which went dull after ten or so holes.
Btw I bought a drill stand since we are talking about more than a hundred holes.
